COUPLES COUNSELLING

FAMILY COUNSELLING

The word family evokes different emotions in every individual. For some, images of cheerful discussions around the dinner table or laughter and love come to mind. However, for many, family means arguments, resentment, blaming or disfunction. If emotions are running high and things in your home feel tense and uncomfortable, family counselling can help.

GROUP COUNSELLING

In addition to individual services, we work with children, pre-teens, and teens in groups. Groups are beneficial for children or teens who are looking to learn mindfulness skills, build social skills in an affirming, supportive space, or share experiences related to identity or experiences.
